This Silent Retreat offers you an opportunity to shed limiting beliefs, release regrets and worries, and connect with a larger vision for your life. Whether you're starting your meditation journey or seeking deeper practice, these days enrich your year with vitality, productivity, and energy. Upon emerging, you'll feel rejuvenated, ready to tackle responsibilities with heightened focus and joy. Returning to daily life, you'll be more grounded, centered, and wise, infused with a joy unaffected by external circumstances.
  • How can I benefit from a Silent Retreat?
Participating in a silent retreat fosters spiritual growth by creating a sanctuary for inner reflection and mindfulness. Embracing silence allows individuals to deepen their awareness of thoughts, emotions, and spiritual aspirations. Immersed in nature's tranquility, retreatants connect with the beauty of their surroundings, nurturing a sense of peace and harmony. Through mindfulness practices like meditation, they cultivate a profound presence in the present moment, enriching their spiritual journey. The supportive community of fellow participants enhances the experience, fostering unity and solidarity. Ultimately, a silent retreat serves as a transformative space for emotional healing, clarity of mind, and renewed purpose in life. The intention to set up this retreat is to teach participants how to reconnect with themselves and embrace moments of solitude. This journey facilitates the restoration of clarity, creativity, and vitality within oneself.

  • What should I know about cell phone or other electronic devices use during the retreat?
By refraining from using cellphones or other communication devices during your course, you contribute to creating a supportive environment of silence and simplicity for all retreatants. Participants will be asked to hand over all electronic devices for the duration of the retreat. There are two mottos for clothing during your retreat – “Be prepared” and “Be comfortable.” Comfortable clothing like loose sweat suits or a bathrobe, which allow for easy movement between your room and the bathroom facilities, are highly recommended.
