Guided gently by Cecilia and Alejandro, the experience creates space to remember presence, partnership, and the heart of your connection. Through guided embodied and energy-based practices, you and your partner will explore how to connect more deeply by sensing, listening, and regulating together. Rather than focusing on problem-solving or communication techniques, this experience emphasizes presence, nervous-system safety, and felt connection. You’ll be guided through practices such as breath synchronization, eye gazing, and energetic exercises in nature to help you attune to one another physically, emotionally, and energetically. This retreat offers a spacious, supportive environment to step out of daily stress and into shared presence—where intimacy grows through awareness and slowness, not effort. This experience is for couples who want to: - Deepen emotional and energetic intimacy - Rebuild trust and attunement - Feel more connected with each other energetically, not just in conversation - Learn simple co-regulation practices they can use at home - Rekindle closeness, aliveness, and mutual presence No prior experience with energy work is required. All exercises are done with your own partner only. You’ll leave with practical tools and rituals you can return to again and again—supporting a relationship that feels more grounded, connected, and alive. Nurturing lunch will be provided. You will complete the retreat with a transformational breathwork and a relaxing sound bath.
