It is a private and immersive healing experience surrounded by the stillness of the forest. As you make your way up the mountain to Zenwood in Pine Mountain Club, tucked away in a peaceful mountain community, you may begin to feel as though you have left the noise and busyness of Los Angeles behind. The drive itself becomes part of the transition—an opportunity to slow down, breathe more deeply, and prepare yourself to receive. We will begin with a ceremonial cacao offering, a gentle heart-opening practice that invites you to settle into the space and connect more deeply with yourself. From there, your experience will unfold through personalized energy healing, the peaceful and grounding presence of the forest, and sound healing. You will also have time for quiet reflection, resting in a hammock among the trees, tea, and gentle integration. Away from your usual responsibilities and distractions, you are given the space to soften, release, and listen to what may be asking for your attention. This is intentional time devoted entirely to you—a journey into nature for deeper healing, renewal, and reconnection.
