Group Reiki Level I (Shoden) Training

Service Description

Reiki Level I (Shoden) includes: - 4 Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunements (You will be attuned to the Usui Reiki First Degree energy so that you can give & receive Reiki energy to yourself and others) - You will be given an introduction to Usui Reiki. - You will learn the history of Usui Reiki. - You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating yourself. - You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating others. - Kenyo-Ku (Dry Bathing) – enables you to release negative energy from your energy body - Meditation techniques. - Reiki practice time. Receiving a reiki attunement is a powerful spiritual experience, as your energetic pathways are opened by a reiki master. This energetic opening allows the reiki energy to flow freely through your body to impact your health and the health of others. It is the attunement which allows the person to tap into and direct the Reiki energy. No previous knowledge or training is required to attend the Reiki Level I class. Once Reiki is activated by the attunement process everyone is able to radiate this gentle, nurturing energy. Anyone can receive and learn to give a Reiki treatment and Reiki is entirely compatible with any other conventional or complementary treatments. In just one day you can obtain the skills and attunements to use Reiki for yourself, your family, friends, and pets! Class Information: This class is limited to 6 people. Please bring a pen and a note book to the class.
