Here's what you can generally expect from a Reiki session: Pre-session Discussion: I will begin the session with a conversation to discuss any specific concerns, health issues, or intentions you have for the session. It helps me to understand your needs and tailor the session accordingly. Relaxing Environment: Your energy healing session will be held in a quiet room. You will wear headphones playing meditative frequency music, and your eyes will be gently covered to enhance relaxation. Fully Clothed and Comfortable: You will be fully clothed for your session, lying down on a massage table. Hands-on Healing: I will use a series of hand positions, placing my hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body. The hands are usually held in each position for a few minutes, allowing the healing energy to flow. Energy Sensations: As I channel the energy, you may experience various sensations such as warmth, tingling, gentle pulsations, or a sense of relaxation. These sensations can vary from person to person. Deep Relaxation: The energy session aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and promote stress reduction. Many people find the experience calming, soothing, and rejuvenating. Emotional Release: Energy healing can also facilitate the release of emotional blockages or stress. You may feel emotions coming to the surface during the session, which is a natural part of the healing process. Options with Your Healing Session: 1. Sound Therapy (no additional time) $30 A gentle sound bath to support relaxation, energetic 2. Additional 30 Minutes $40 Extend your session with extra time to go deeper, process more fully, and move at a more spacious pace. 3. Additional 30 Min with Sound Therapy $50 Extra time combined with sound therapy to deepen your experience and support both release and restoration. 4. 7-Day Guided Online Healing Journaling $28 If you’d like to go deeper through journaling, this guided online program offers a supportive, self-paced journey to help you reflect, process, and connect more deeply with yourself—before or after your session. Post-session Discussion: After the healing session, I might have insights or observations I had during the session to share with you, suggestions for self-care practices or guidance on how to integrate the healing energy into your daily life will be followed.
