This 4-hour workshop is designed to help you understand your wounded inner child and recognize how recurring behaviors are deeply connected to it—a vital step in your healing journey. You'll also learn practical strategies to effectively manage your inner child and take corrective actions for lasting growth. Techniques: - Writing letters to inner child and adult self. - Guided regression meditation.
