Private Session

 

• I am located in Valencia, Santa Clarita, CA. Once you've booked your appointment, address will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

• I do not have a waiting area for someone who accompanies you to your appointment; however, if your appointment is for a minor, you have an option to stay in the room with us. 

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. $25 deposit will be forfeited for no-show and cancellation with less than 24-hour notice

• Please arrive on time but no earlier than 10 minutes before your booked appointment time.  Late arrivals will be worked into the schedule if time allows. 

• You have an option to pay your remaining balance by cash, credit card, or Venmo, after service is rendered.

Group Classes and Workshops

• Group classes and workshops are non-refundable; however dates may be rescheduled without additional fees if made with at least 24 hours notice. 

• No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice forfeit a refund or transfer.

Reiki Certification Classes

​

• Registrants who cancel with at least 24 hours notice prior to the event will receive a refund. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the event forfeit a refund. 

• We offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within 12 months of the originally scheduled class if cancellations and transfer requests made with at 24 hours notice.

• No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class forfeit a refund and cannot be rescheduled.
