How to prepare for your session?

Set your intention for the healing session. Before our session, focus on one aspect you would like healing, guidance, or help with in your life. You can do this by writing down your intention.

Wear comfortable clothing to the session.

Eat lightly two hours before the session.

Preferably, no loud places or demanding or stressing activities before the session.

No alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before/after our session.

Prescription medicines or supplements are ok.

Avoid fragrances including essential oils.

Allow some free time afterwards to let the healing effects settle in.
