Immerse yourself in a day of tranquility with a guided group silent retreat. Your day will include a meditation session, a refreshing hike to a serene waterfall, a wholesome lunch, a restorative sound bath, and time for reflective journaling using the teachings of the classic Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita. Selected quotes from this scripture and guided reflective questions will be provided. This option is ideal for those seeking a structured, communal experience in a peaceful setting.

11:00am:  Waterfall Hike ( 0.6-mile out-and-back, moderately challenging route)

Set up a meeting with Cecilia here to discuss your retreat goals and preferences. During this call, Cecilia will create a personalized online self-paced guided program tailored to your needs.
3. Follow the Guided Schedule:
Once your retreat begins, login to our online platform where you'll find your daily schedule, suggested activities, and recorded meditations and breathwork sessions. As you complete each activity, you can check it off, helping you stay on track and fully immersed in the retreat experience. Cecilia will also check in periodically on the platform to review your progress and provide additional support to ensure you stay on track and get the most out of your retreat.

Our online program offers a structured daily schedule to ensure you make the most of your silent retreat. Here's a sample of what your day might look like:
